This program is not about having all the answers for your life and telling you what to do. Instead, coaching guides you to your own truth and helps you follow through on actions to fulfill your goals. As a mindfulness coach, I listen deeply to the patterns in your life that lead you to feel unfulfilled. I help you identify and change your habits and patterns that are holding you back. We also incorporate movement and mindfulness practices as needed. After all, sometimes coaching isn't just talking- but moving too!

I created this Mindfulness Coaching Program to empower others with the same tools and knowledge that transformed my own life! The program includes information about neuroscience, psychology, attachment theory, negativity bias, and trauma, to help you understand how your mind and body work and overcome various challenges. The Taking Inventory Stage is important because it helps you understand where you are now and what you need to do to achieve your goals. It also helps you identify any obstacles that you may face along the way!
During this Stage we will...

Gain clarity around opportunities and stressors
Uncover resistances and limiting beliefs
Guide you through a life audit by taking a comprehensive inventory of different aspects of your life, such as beliefs, relationships, career, health, finances, and overall well-being
During this stage, we will work together to set clear, specific, and achievable goals.
During this Stage we will...
Break down your goals into smaller, more manageable steps
Identify any limiting beliefs or fears that may be holding you back from setting or achieving their goals.
Create accountability measures to ensure that you stay on track
Track progress, review achievements, and evaluate if any goals require adjusting.
You will take action on your goals and I will be there to support you along the way! I will provide encouragement, guidance, and accountability.

Life coaching and therapy are both forms of personal development, but they have different goals, approaches, licenses and certifications.
A life audit is a process of taking stock of your life in all areas, identifying areas for improvement and creating a plan to make necessary changes, which can be repeated over time as goals and priorities change.
This all depends on the Coaching package you're interested in as each experience has a slightly different focus. However, each session has the practical tools to propel you towards your goals.
