This is a 16 week Program.
We will complete a "Life Audit" with an in depth look at your life. Together, we'll closely examine areas that bring you joy or discontent, those that empower or hinder you, and those that radiate vibrancy or feel stagnant. We'll then craft a personalized plan to actively improve those stagnant areas, creating a life that serves and uplifts you.







Coaching involves helping clients find their own solutions, fostering a partnership and accountability, while the focus is on the client's own problem-solving. Consulting provides expert advice, delivers solutions, and does not require the client's active involvement in the process.


Coaching helps clients discover their own answers, holds them accountable, and focuses on the client, while mentoring involves facilitating and providing guidance, with the client's role being to receive knowledge and apply it.

What’s the difference between coaching & mentoring?

Life coaching and therapy are both forms of personal development, but they have different goals, approaches, licenses and certifications.

What's the difference between therapy & life coaching?

A life audit is a process of taking stock of your life in all areas, identifying areas for improvement and creating a plan to make necessary changes, which can be repeated over time as goals and priorities change.

What is a "Life audit"?

This all depends on the Coaching package you're interested in as each experience has a slightly different focus. However, each session has the practical tools to propel you towards your goals.

  • I will be on time to our meetings and respect our time commitments. This means that I will give warning when our time is coming up and offer you the chance to extend the session or  end at the pre-agreed time.
